Perkins natural gas distributed energy case

"Zhongyu Gas Co., Ltd." is a professional natural gas operation service provider. In order to optimize the regional energy structure and promote the construction of an environmentally friendly society, it has decided to build a 300kWe natural gas distributed energy station in the industrial park.

The natural gas distributed energy station is connected to the grid for power generation and priority is given to the compressor load of the park, so as to achieve the purpose of "cutting peaks and filling valleys" and saving electricity costs. The jacket water and flue gas heat energy of the natural gas generator set produces high-temperature hot water, which is sold to surrounding hotels, bathing centers and other heat-using places, so as to realize the ladder utilization of energy.

After many considerations, "Zhongyu Gas Co., Ltd." finally chose Perkins natural gas power. Vega’s "Power Solutions Department" selected 4006-23TRS1 natural gas engines for OEMs and owners, and designed a complete set of natural gas generator sets, fuel systems, cooling systems and grid-connected control systems using PRO/E and other software.

The natural gas distributed energy station was completed in mid-December. After Vega’s “Power Solutions Department” arrived at the site, the wiring, no-load test, grid-connection test, and full-load trial operation were completed within 10 days. The customer is very satisfied with the service attitude and work ability of the Weijia team.

The Perkins natural gas generator set can be started, connected to the grid and loaded within 15 seconds at -5°C without prelubrication.
