2016.6.16 The 4th Service Agent Conference of Weijia Power and Xiamen Product Promotion Conference
On the morning of June 16, Vega Power held the 4th Service Agent Conference at Xiamen Diyuan Victoria Hotel. At the meeting, Ms. Wei Ding, Perkins Asia Pacific Agent Development Manager was invited to introduce the Perkins global service agent system standards and case sharing to the present service agents. Mr. Yang Qiang, the manager of the after-sales network department of Vega Power, commented on Vega’s service in 2015. The agency work is summarized and the future prospects, and the spare parts, warranty, training and technical support are discussed and exchanged with the service agent, and strive to make progress and common development with the service agent. The final part of the conference is to award outstanding service agents. Vega currently has 22 service agents and will continue to develop more outstanding service agents to provide customers with better services in terms of brand, product quality and after-sales service.
Immediately afterwards, Vega held the Xiamen Perkins product promotion meeting in the afternoon. In addition to the Vega Power team, this meeting also invited Perkins Sales General Manager-China Power Ronnie Jiang, Industrial Machinery Sales Manager Daniel Song, and Service Manager Heaton Wang to share. The conference gave a detailed introduction to Vega Power, Perkins brand history, Perkins power generation engines, industrial engines, gas engines and marine engines, as well as Perkins parts and services. During the meeting, I shared a lot of the latest development status of Perkins company and products with customers. The team members of Vega Xiamen Branch were also introduced. I believe that our Vega and Perkins team will provide customers with more professional, Excellent service.
